Refer a business to Coodrop and you both get a month free

The best introductions to delivery software come from someone who runs drivers too. So when you introduce a business that becomes a Coodrop customer, their first paid month is free, and so is one of yours.

How it works

1. Tell us who. Email [email protected] with the name of the business, or reply to any email from us.
2. We send you a code made for them. Pass it on however suits you: a message, a call, a word at the depot.
3. They try Coodrop. They sign up, run their real deliveries for the 14-day free trial, and enter the code when they choose a plan.
4. Their first paid month is free. The code takes the whole first monthly payment after the trial.
5. Then yours. Once they have paid for a month and the 14 days to ask for a refund have passed, your next month is free.

What you each get

• The business you refer: its first paid month free on Starter or Pro, billed monthly. With the trial, that is about six weeks before their first payment.
• You: a free month on your plan. On a yearly plan, we take a month's price off your next renewal.
• No cap: refer five businesses that become customers, and get five free months.

The fine print

• One code, one business, one use. Each code is made for the business you named and works once. If it gets passed further, it still only works for the first checkout that uses it.
• Codes last 90 days from the day we send them.
• For businesses new to Coodrop. Not a business you own or run yourself, and not a second account of your own.
• Monthly plans only for the business you refer: yearly plans already come with two months free. Checkout takes one code at a time, so a referral code can't be combined with another offer.
• You need to be a paying customer when your free month comes due.
• Introduce people you know. Please don't post codes publicly or send them to businesses you've never dealt with. Introductions work because they come from someone the other business trusts.
• No cash value. Free months can't be exchanged for money.
• Changes. We may change or end the program. Anything you have already earned stays yours.

Why it works this way

There are no tracking links, cookies or referral dashboards: just a code we make for one business when you tell us about them. It keeps the program simple, it keeps our promise of no tracking cookies, and it means we know who to thank.
